How we can incorporate experts to help our students

Coach Prime/Sanders explains how he could use the help of experts when working with his college football team of kids. He talked about how he doesn't need Warrant Sapp for long hours, for example. He needs him to watch their game tape and then come and tell the kids what they need to do. Then Warren can go and do his other things that he wants to do during the day.

I could see us seeking up brief podcast interviews with different players about lessons they've learned about life, especially through sports, and how they, the kids, could learn similar life lessons and school lessons.

We could also consider pass through teaching. And many school districts, they are not allowed to have professionals from the field teaching the class unless the professional has a license. But many professionals have focused on their work and don't want to take the time, the years, for example to get another degree in teaching and to get licensed for it. But they understand the topic from the inside out and they understand how or what it takes to be successful in that field. With the licensing hurdles we may be missing out on great educational diamonds. If we were to do an educational podcast, brief short bits on different pieces, then teachers could compile the segments in the order that suits them best. At the same time, you could have licensed to teachers that can act as facilitators and essentially pass through the knowledge of the experts to the students. So the students can get the benefits of the experts, the teacher can more easily put together an expert class and the students benefit from the rich experience of having a person there with them and yet being able to access expert knowledge and wisdom and insight.

Here's another example of what we could do, and this is one of the greatest women's tennis players ever, Serena Williams.  https://youtube.com/shorts/2YXrv7MPUMY?si=3P4vswATm6B-TinB
